To qualify for the promotional rate, the term of occupancy will be a minimum of seven (7) months.

1. Tenant must enroll in the autopay system for the entire seven (7) month period to qualify for the promotional rate.
2. The rental rate for the first month of occupancy is $1.00.

If the lease goes into payment default during the first seven (7) months, the rent promotion amount will be added to the amount due in collections or eviction notices.

1. The promotional rate is only available on this unit, it is not available for credit on another unit nor on transfer units.
